Cascade announced the completion of an investment round, raising $15 million. Investors include Polychain Capital, Variant, Coinbase Ventures, and Archetype. The team announced the funding via CoinDesk, emphasizing that the new investment will help accelerate the launch and expansion of their trading platform.

The developers described Cascade as the first "neo-broker" focused on trading perpetual contracts. The platform operates continuously, without being tied to traditional market sessions, and provides access to a wide range of assets. In addition to cryptocurrency pairs, users will be able to open positions on US stocks and receive synthetic exposure to shares of private companies such as OpenAI, SpaceX, and Stripe.

One of Cascade's key features is a single margin account. This eliminates the need for users to open separate accounts: all operations, including trading different asset types, holding positions, and using leverage, are available within a single account. Furthermore, deposits and withdrawals of US dollars can be made directly through US bank accounts, eliminating unnecessary intermediaries.

A team representative noted that access to the platform is already available by invitation. The public launch of the service is scheduled for early 2026. Cascade will initially support over ten markets, but the developers plan to rapidly expand this number as the user base grows.

The team believes that the existing brokerage infrastructure is limited by strict trading session timeframes and lengthy settlement times. They believe that an approach based on crypto-native technologies enables the use of transparent collateral management mechanisms and the integration of software logic unavailable in traditional services.

MetaComp previously reported that it raised $22 million to develop its Web2.5 infrastructure, confirming continued investor interest in platforms that combine traditional financial instruments with modern digital solutions.
