According to analytics platform CryptoQuant, Binance's total reserves have once again reached $120 billion after a temporary decline. In recent weeks, approximately $4 billion has been added to the exchange's accounts, helping to return the balance to stable levels.
Although total reserves reached $144 billion on October 6, the 17% decline did not significantly impact the exchange's financial stability. Experts note that Binance has demonstrated its ability to effectively adapt to market volatility, maintaining the confidence of traders and investors.
The growth of Tether (USDT) reserves is particularly noteworthy. At the end of October, the volume of USDT tokens listed on Binance's Ethereum (ERC20) network reached a record $42.8 billion. This figure marked a new all-time high for the exchange and demonstrates the growing adoption of stablecoins on the platform.
Furthermore, Binance currently holds approximately 548,000 BTC, making it one of the largest centralized exchanges by Bitcoin reserves. This metric places the exchange second only to one other platform, maintaining its second place globally.
CryptoQuant experts believe that the recovery in reserves to $120 billion reflects user confidence in the reliability of Binance's infrastructure. Following market volatility, many investors prefer to keep their assets on trusted exchanges with high levels of transparency and liquidity.
The recovery in volumes also indicates increased confidence in the crypto industry as a whole, despite recent price fluctuations. Binance continues to demonstrate its dominant position among centralized exchanges, managing assets in a variety of digital currencies—from Bitcoin and Ethereum to stablecoins and altcoins.
According to CryptoQuant, current performance suggests that Binance has not only maintained its financial stability but also strengthened its market influence. Its $120 billion in reserves confirms that the exchange remains a key player in the crypto industry, capable of withstanding sharp market fluctuations and quickly rebalancing its assets.
